Cylinder on flat layer issue

Hey all,

I'm printing a cylinder on top of a flat layer as a peg like a lego. The problem is, the first couple layers are too wide and make the two pieces not fit flat.  How can I prevent this or how can I take care of it post process?

Thanks!

Do you have elephant foot compensation turned on?

That will do nothing for a peg on an other layer since elephant foot compensation only affects the first layer...

@deadeyeskunk would you post the zipped Slicer project file?

I apologize, apparently, I posted this in the Mini forum instead of the MK3S+ forum.  Here is the 3mf file for prusaslicer that I've been using.
