Cooling issue

Dear friends,

I work really hard to tune my i3 MK3S+ but every time a cooling test is involved, my machine fails. Stringing always appears on temperature tower, no matter how low the temperature is. Bottom surface of overhang above 45 degrees is always rough. I have lowered z hop, enabled wipe, and maxed out retraction to 2mm to no avail. I have dried my filament and even upgraded my fan duct to Delta-P fan duct V2-R2. Fan's always at 100%; it feels very cool when I put my hand below the nozzle. My printer passes every other test on the benchy and engine benchmark. I'm very jealous of people who can perform the lattice torture cleanly. What should I do next to fix my stringing and overhang issues? Thank you so much in advance for your help.
