Banding(?) issues in an area of this model

Hey guys.

So I have an issue when printing this self watering flower pot where I get about 2cm of banding in the middle of the print.

I don't have this issue at the same hight when printing other models, so I don't think it's anything loose in the printer itself.

Is there a setting that might have done this?

I had Detect Thin Walls and Extra Perimeters If Needed enabled.

Otherwise I followed the modelmakers recommendations:

• Layer Height: .3mm
• Vertical Shells (Perimeters): 3
• Horizontal Shells (Solid Layers): Top – 4, Bottom – 4
• Infill: 10%
• Speed: Top Solid Infill – 15mm/s, Solid infill – 15mm/s
• Prints WITHOUT supports

Hope you have any tips I can try out.

The printer is an i3 MK3S and the material is PLA.
