Attempting to print flex for the first time, any suggestions?

Hi all,

So as the title says, I'm getting ready to print flexible filament for the first time, got a sample (250g) size of Sainsmart TPU.

I had some questions regarding things I've read about printing flex filaments and default settings in Prusaslicer however; from everything I've read, you're supposed to print flex filaments slowly, like 15-20 mm/s. I would have assumed that by picking the different filament option in Prusaslicer it would adjust the speed profiles as well when you select the different print settings too, but instead it just seems to adjust the temperature it prints at, and the print settings remain the same as with my PLA ones (and I assume others in general). For example at 2.0 speed print setting, it will still retract at 35 mm/s, infill is at 200 mm/s, etc. So is the filament profile swap essentially worthless as I need to go in and make everything super slow and set my retraction speed to 0 anyways?

Thanks in advance.
