Advice on optimal printing position for object

Hello everyone, it's the first time I'm printing a rounded object with various details and "open areas" within it. I'll leave you with some screenshots of the object in question. I would like to try to maintain the best possible detail for the front part and achieve the best possible print. Since I don't have much experience with supports (I think they are necessary for this print), I wanted to ask what you think is the best position and if there are any recommended settings. Currently, everything is set to default, and I have set the supports to "everywhere". Thank you very much in advance!

RE: Advice on optimal printing position for object

Both variants should do the job. Make sure support type "snug" is selected. Another good strategy is to angle the object 45 degrees backwards.

Also, in the upright position, it might be temped to use organic supports. While in general I'm not particularly impressed with organic supports for the kind of functional objects I tend to print, for something like this it might be a good solution.
