Y axis chrashes

On my MK3 (kit) printer I noticed several problems with the y axis.
Sometimes it crashes.
I have tried various firmware versions over time, modified y-axis belt mounting supports, custom slicer profiles (chris), lubricated rods with ptfe, increased belt tension.
Measured with the gauge the distance of the belt of the y axis and adjusted to be equidistant from the frame.

I have no more ideas.
Any suggestions?

Re: Y axis chrashes

Check that the tire straps at the Y-axis front and back are seated correctly and do not collide with the bed frame (the frog).
If the u-bolts on the frog are too tight, the bed frame can collide with the mid frame.
Check this by manually moving the bed back and forth (depress the bed carefully during the test).
