XZY Calibration Failure issues
Hello! I just finished assembly of the MK3s and have been attempting the calibration wizard, with no success.
1) During the XYZ calibration step, I repeatedly get 'XYZ calibration failed, refer to manual' error message.
2) I have made sure the PINDA sensor is set 1-2 mm higher than the nozzle.
3) The X and Y belt tension is set to 236 (X) and 274 (Y)
4) The right X axis motor continues to raise the right side of the X axis after the left X axis motor stops, so the X axis is not level.
5) The extruder assembly seems to be traveling too far left and right, missing the calibration points.
HELP!!! Any insight / recommendations are greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

RE: XZY Calibration Failure issues
Check your grub screws.
- The X and Y motors have toothed pulleys which should be fastened using two grub screws, each.
- One grub screw should be facing the center of the Flat edge of the motor shaft and the other should be fastened against the curved side of the motor shaft.
- The Grub screws should NOT be tightened using the rounded end of an Allen wrench, because that is likely to split the hex cup on the grub screw.
- You should use the other end of the grub screw with the parallel sides and flat end. If the screws are missing, have a look at the magnets on the underside of the heatbed. If that fails, have a look in the spares bag.
