X Axis bel mystery
Hi
i've a strange problem.
kit mounted 2 weeks ago, first print, perfect.
after 1 week, strange noise on x axis.. checked belt tension with prusa calibration... x was 210... too tight for the software but not for my fingers.
anyway reduced the screw tight, but the screw on the motor is completely pulled off... so i have reconfigurate the X motor position and the motor screw for tight same as the manual
printed the tension meter (TM) for better check. with the TM the x belt is in above the limit between middle level and max level, boh. i try anyway to use this value.with prusa lcd the tension is 250. ok for me
print another thing and seems all ok.
this night, 1 week after, i've print another thing, and I see that x axis has problem because on my print there is an X shifting.
retry the X check by the software and the belt is 156! 156! use the TM and the belt is always in the same point, between middle and max level.use finghers and seems not so tight, try to reduce the screw tight on x motor and, removing completly the screw, the belt tension with the TM is always at the same point.
retry the belt check with the software and it tell me that there is a problem on x axis the firts time, 160 the second time, X axis problem the third time.
so, i don't know what can i do. i can't find a good belt tension on X axis.
or the TM doesn't work, or the screw doesn't work.
for me the tension with finger is not enought, for the TM is near the max level, for the prusa firmware is above 150 and i don't understand why this thing continue change.
what can i do?

Have you tried lubricating the X and Y axis bearings and smooth rods?

RE: X Axis bel mystery
Sorry if are not ordered but I'm from phone
There is right belt, on the left I've cam but I try to take a picture of the belt
There is a white strips on the belt.. In more point.. Seems touch something but it's impossible
Under the MT on the belt.. The 2 print with the shifting and a video just did now.
RE:
Sorry. The right belt.
I know seems both not centered
The belt check... I haven't touch nothing. it changes everytime
RE:
Last..
The x motor screw for tight the belt if totally off
And the last picture is the most strange for me... I have resistance but I haven't problem to close the belt
I find a way to add the video did now
It's all I think.
Thanks
ps: maybe the white signs on the belt are the lubrificant, maybe accidentally when i use fingers on the rod i touch the belt.
