Wiring fray around hot end

Prusa MK3s

I have noticed that I have an amount of filament oozing out of the top of the heat break - I have made all the recommended adjustments, and just decided I need to clean it off every couple of hours. But what is really concerning me is that the wiring that goes past the left side of the hot-end has become covered in plastic ooze and ultimately frayed.

If I wanted to buy replacements for these wires, which ones are they?

Is there anything I can do to recover them in place that will survive the heat?

they are the extruder heater (Thick insulation, thicker wires   and extruder thermistor (thin wires)

the heater is 24 volt, 40 watt. 
the thermistor is a Semitec 100Kohm (at 25 degrees centigrade)

available from the Prusa eShop, and E3Donline, and Printed Solid, eBay, Amazon and other sites...

FYI, Nothing should be oozing out from the top of your heat break.  Either your heatbreak is loose or it's broken.  They are delicate and do break easily.  If you don't hold the heatblock rock steady when you tighten in the nozzle, the twisting imparted upon the heatbreak will ruin it.

There  does exist at least one specialized tool for changing nozzles, named  zcatch, which is guaranteed to avoid this potential problem.  I haven't tried it yet, but I do have one on order.  They also have a tool for imparting exactly the right amount of torque, and no more, for tightening the nozzle.  It's in beta, but you can order it direct from the company.
