Will PrusaPrint work with an external raspberry pi on a Prusa i3 MK3
Just hoping to get end of filament working. When I print from OctoPrint, the Prusa spots end-of-filament (albeit, often falsely), but OctoPrint ends up with a communication reset & loses the print.

I have been running my MK3 through Octopl for several months now and have experienced several false out of filament stoppages. Each time, the print has resumed correctly after I unloaded/reloaded the filament.
So, no idea why you have a problem, but now you know that Octopi worked correctly, at least in my system.

it does work usb. ive had plenty of false errors with or without using pi.
but if you can, next time you get a false stop. try hitting "preheat" as soon as possible. it might get saved.
I have a Prusa,therefore I research.
