Which Filament Designation to Use in PrusaSlicer?

I just installed the latest PrusaSlicer software on my computer.  Now I want to create G code so I can print from an STL file and I'll be using Hatchbox PLA filament.  PrusaSlicer doesn't list Hatchbox on their filament list, so which one would be closest to Hatchbox?

I would use Generic PLA,
I would reduce the retraction to 0.4mm

and if using a textured build plate I would scrub the build plate with Hot water and Dish soap, then I would rinse with Hot Water and immediately Dry with Clean paper towel I would handle the build plate by it's edges to prevent contamination, before printing on it...

and I would set the heatbed temperature to 70C for all layers

I mostly use un named filament so tend to use the Generic profiles.

I don't use additives  to try and improve adhesion for PLA.

for PETG and TPU/TPE, I use adhesion reducers, Windex, or Talc, or Finger grease,

For health reasons I do not use ABS or ASA

these items are printed in  Generic PLA, directly onto textured build plate and they stuck well, even though they have negligible surface contact

Take note that those profiles give you a starting point.

As you get experienced with a filament, you will become familiar with it's idiosyncrasies.

Save that as a filament specific profile. I have one called My PLA - Hot, for example.

Some PLA likes 220 - some like 250.
