Weird layer shifting where infill and top layer meet same layer height (eg. model cavities)

Anyone solved weird X-Y layer shifting issue that appears where infill and top layer are at the same layer height.

I suspect on firmware issue?

PS. I have right Belt tension (X 268 Y282), and I don't have any physical obstructions behind/around 3D printer.

I can't really tell from the picture but this might be a case of the famous bulge disease:

TL;DR: Many suggestions, no universally applicable solution.

I just had a similar shift happen to me less than 12 hours ago. Shifted in Y-axis about 0.051 inches [~1.3mm] toward back of bed. Very near the transition from gyroid infill to top solid infill.
