Weird behavior with 0.20mm layer height in Slic3r PE

Hi,

I have a weird behaviour when slicing a specific file.
As soon as I try to slice the STL file you find down below (MOD_Armrear01) with a layer height of 0.20mm I get some weird artefacts on the else flat surface.

But if I slice it with 0.15mm or 0.10mm layer height everything is perfectly fine.

First I thought that the model might be defective. But after slicing it with 0.10mm layer height it was correct. Weird behaviour I think.
What can I do to fix this?

Attached you'll find my settings for 0.20mm layer height and the STL file itself.

Greetings
Saij

I'm getting the same thing using Slic3rPE 1.41.1-rc+. Interestingly, if you set the layer height to 0.201mm or 0.199m, it looks normal.

Thank you!
Tried to slice it with 0.201mm and it looked almost perfect. But if I set it to 0.2001mm it is weird again. Seems like a rounding error bug.
But on the other hand I can set it to 0.1999mm and it is perfect!
Thank you very much for this information. I also filed an issue over on GitHub - maybe the coders can find an error.
