Weird adhension issue along a line of the steel sheel
Im having this weird issue where a certain part of the print does not stick to the bed, it kind of just comes off. Its a weird issue because it only happens at the exact one spot, at the same area along every other model on the print bed. Ive recalibrated the printer, i washed my steel sheet in dish soap, acetone wash and iso alcohol wipe down, and it just simply does not want to stick at the one spot. Its always to the right side of the printer along a straight line. Look at the pictures to get a much better idea. Is this a prusaslicer issue or is it a printer issue? the issue has since gotten a little bit more worse.
Im printing at 215C for the first layer with a 61C bed temp, i have layer height set to .32mm with a .4mm Ruby nozzle. The printer is also set to print a 2mm brim around the first layer to give the print better adhesion. Using hatchbox PLA filament grey.

Looks like the artifact is always on the same direction of extruder travel, and independent of Y position.
I would first look for the extruder hitting - something - at that point. Cable, zip tie, something.
Next try rotating your part 90 degrees and see what happens. If it is successful - go back and look at the X axis again.
Power off and move the extruder both directions, especially in the area of the artifact. Feel for differences. Both directions must be easy and smooth. (A binding bearing at that spot could show up as an artifact)

Hm, are you sure it's not the start / end of the line? Sometimes Lines won't connect or the start / end part is pulled up because of the Z-Hop the extruder is doing during layer change. 🤔 It looks quite similar.
