Thermal Anomoly / REVO 6 possible problem
Recently upgraded to the REVO6 and it worked fine for a couple weeks, very nice prints...
Then I had to do some maintenance on my MK3, belt tightening etc.......
performed a complete WIZARD set up and all was back in good working order..
The last two days I have had issues with Temperature and THERMAL ANOMALY popping up on a regular basis...
One of the items I noticed about the REVO6 was the interconnects that they us instead of a full constant wire back to the controller.
Being in the industry for 50+ years I look at this with dismay but ignored my better instinct and just assumed this would be ok.
This morning after a THERMAL ANOMALY every 2 minutes I decided to look at the REVO6 Temp Sensor connector, (black two wire)
and from experience decided to bend the inside female mating connector inward to allow a tighter fit when plugged into the male side.
I also put some silicone grease on the connections DOW CORNING 4 to help with oxidation even tho I am in a office environment, this practice
has served me well , especially with all types of battery operated devices to keep the dissimilar metals from acting up.....
this seemed (for now) to get rid of the anomaly.... 15 mins now and no issues.....
I would recommend to REVO folks that this connector has to go....
While it is a nice feature for manufacturing and packaging, it is a end-user issue waiting to happen......
For the folks that may be having this issue with a REVO installed I suggest to cut the conn's off and just solder the wires and use heatshrink for a final
install that will last...
( I will be doing this to mine soon as time allows)

Thanks, @charles-t! Saved me a second/new prusa printer :D. I almost threw it in the trash...
- changed Firmwares three times
- calibrated thermal model hundred times (temp error/anomaly)
- calibrated Z hundred times (error occured almost as oftes)
Now, after 10 min of work, it's back up running flawlessly like before. My hero of the day!

I had a melt out so i replaced the casing. Replaced the sensor and heatblock and heating rod. I updated the flash already. I keep getting a thermal anomaly error, then it starts to cool down. I would clear the error and go back to losding the filament and this happen a few times. I was able to to the first layer, then had to do the same cycle and now it is printing fine. So i don't get the error when i reach the right level, only when it is heatin up. Thoughts?
