Terminal block connector for extruder heater?

Does anyone know what size terminal block connector I need for the Einsy Rambo board to connect the extruder heater to it? Bonus points if you have a link for one!

I'd also be interested in any information about using a BL touch with an Einsy board. I havent looked much into this yet so the information could be readily available, but I figured I might as well ask since I was posting this.

If you're wondering why I'm asking these questions, I'm converting my crappy Duplicator I3 to the "ReDuplicator"(Link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2686588/ ). I opted to upgrade pretty much everything so it's really more of a brand new build than a conversion.

Nah they aren't square. They're more like these
