Stringing Issue (Potentially)

Hello everyone. First time posting, and have a question regarding one of my recent prints. I've been having some minor issues with stringing that gets progressively worse when the distance between sections of a print get closer. I attempted the Prusa castle sample, but it failed with the result being a large filament blob on the extruder. I believe this was because my print bed wasn't sufficiently clean which resulted with the print being dislodged, but I can't be sure that the stringing was not the actual cause of said failure. I was looking online for potential solutions, but find it strange that it only seems to be happening on sections of prints with small distances between them.

I'm currently using Prusa MK3S+ along with the manufacturer PLA filament with the default temperature setting of 215/60 °C. I'm concerned with starting more intricate prints for fear of them failing at some point because of potential blobbing issues resulting from the stringing, and am reaching out to see if anyone has experienced the same issue or has some insight into potential solutions. Attached are two photos of separate prints done back to back. One is the test boat print included on the SD card, and the others are of the print in question where you can see significantly more severe stringing at the top.

Your filament is damp.  Look up threads about drying it.
