Strange "Crack" Sound

Hi guys. I'm having a problem with my prusa MK3s+, which suddenly started doing a kind of CRANK when printing. It is a pre-assembled machine, so I appreciate if someone can give me a hand

Well, news. Indeed it is in the gear. The feeling is like you can't bite the filament properly. The strange thing is that everything looks in perfect condition, I even cleaned it but the fault continues

Well it's either not tension properly or a jam unload filament and replace hotend ptfe tube

The PTFE tube its perfect. Doesnt has any issue.

I try with diferent Filament, another tension, but the problem persist.

Ok try do some cold pulls what's the hottest fillament you've printed and what fillament are you trying to print

I have heard cracks sound only when attempted to print with Nylon. It appears that cracks are generated when part of model detaches from heated pad. Model is still partially attached, but some minor part of it detaches time to time until whole area is detached.

If this is your case, use some chemistry that allows better model attaching.

Sorry, I may not express myself well. When referring to other types of filaments, I was referring to other coils. But always talking about the same filament, which is PLA. 95% of the time I use PLA, and the remaining 5% PETG

Do this until the fillament is spotless https://help.prusa3d.com/article/cold-pull-mk3s-mk2-5s_2075

I tried to tighten that screw more, and ended up damaging the head. And then I tried to put loctite on it, but the striation was already "damaged" it seems to me.A lot of frustration, apart from here in Argentina it is very difficult to get PRUSA parts. I have to think about what I'm going to do to repair it, for now it's out of service.I carried out all the suggestions that were made to me, cleaning, removing cold filament, disassembling the entire extruder. I think the problem was always with that toothed pulley.

RE:

You must not use high momentum for small screws. I assume that you destroy threading, is it true?

------

If inner threading is damaged:

I know one possible fix, but you are skillful enough to destroy components even more. You can use screw tap with +0.5mm bigger and create a new threading. Then get some rod/screw and shorten in and make it a new worm type screw.

Second possibility is to use mix soda (sodium carbonate) and CA glue and glue whole hole. Then drill hole with diameter suitable for thread tapping and last make threads anew.

---

When only screw head is damaged, use another screw and you can cut groove into it. Simple screwdriver could be used instead of this hexagonal.

I hope that thread tap is accessible even in Argentina.

I didn't mean that screw I meant the outside tension screw

You are talking about the spring-loaded screw, which goes through the entire body and allows you to adjust the tension of the filament and which has a nut on the other side, right? Well, I adjusted and untightened that screw while printing to regulate the tension. I have not been able to obtain the expected results at any time.

Indeed that is the screw did you ever do cold pulls I reckon you have heat creep you can doo cold pulls without that gear that the screw is striped

RE:

If you break some plastic part, this is not a problem even in your country. All parts are accessible on internet. Ask your friend to print this part on any other 3D printer:
