some problem encountered z leveling enforced error is back. - The Lightbar it had been!
First, it's about an Fysetc MK3s clone, not the original. But anyway, as the original very likely will suffer from the same issue, I want to report it somewhere to help to avoid some's else the same trouble!
I wanted to see a bit more at my printer. Hence, I printed, built and mounted this light found on Etsy
The files can be found on prusaprinters as well. I used the files from the Dual Mount - Z-Axis Top version if I am not mistaken.
After struggling with the some problem encountered z leveling enforced error is back. error for some days trying to disassemble, clean, lube and reassemble the z axis thinking a stuck trapezoid nut had been the problem (actually it turned, but thought it could be easier), I stumbled over a YouTube video showing the actual problem!
At Z leveling, the X carriage was limited by the light mount (which replaces the Z axis orange top parts) and screws up the Z leveling later on!
Actually the two M3 screws atop of the trapezoid nuts are touching the light bar too early. They need a little more space obviously.
Removing the light and mounting the original holders everything worked fine again!
I hope he will redesign the thing not causing issues anymore.
Despite that, the light is really an improvement for the printer!
IT WASN'T THE LIGHT BAR, but not proper seating of the Y axis rods in the holders.
After some days of successful prints, the error returned again. I had to hunt down the error further and figured out the Y axis rods had been not sitting perfectly in the holders.
Sorry for the wrong accusations / suspicions. It was a coincident disassembling the light solved the issues.
RE: some problem encountered z leveling enforced error is back. - The Lightbar it had been!
Oh I love it, when I have a problem with it's solution documented!
This time it happened on my original MK3s, reading the solution I realized the cable tie holding the Y rod broke!
New cable tie and everything up and running again!
No idea, whether I would have seen it without the hint...
