Slic3r 'save' modified file help

I have opened my model in Slic3r, and have added some modifiers.
How do I save the new .stl file?
Seems like a simple question, but I'm having a brain burp.

If you want to save it with the modifiers, export it as AMF. I've got an example here you can download. (I'm still adding notes to those pages.)

Simple: File -> Export -> Export Plate as STL
Assuming you only have one model on the build plate, this is exactly equivalent to Exporting the Model as STL.

(I can't vouch for this being present in all versions of Slic3r, but it is in Slic3rPE 1.42.0)
