Size Calibration

I built two I3 MK3s at exactly the same time in March of '18. They both print fine, but one of them prints things slightly larger than the other. What should I do to get them to print identical sizes?

Re: Size Calibration

Have you calibrated your extruders? The procedure describes tuning the extrusion rates in your slicer. Since you have 2 printers, that approach might be a pain since you'd have to maintain a separate profile for each printer. You might prefer to do the calibration on each printer so you can use the same generated gcode on both. Here's a good description of the approach in general, and some Prusa-specific discussion.

Thanks, but it is definitely not the extruder. I printed a 150mm square frame on each of them. One of them measures 149.8 x 149.6. The other one measures 150.0 x 151.5, so neither of them is square, and there is a huge difference between the two.
