Simplify3D profile for 0.15mm Nozzle

Hi all.

I've had my MK3 printer (not MK3 S or S+) for years and have only now bought a different size nozzle.

I've bought an E3D 0.15mm (and one of those silicone sock thingies).

I was wondering if there's a tried and tested .015mm nozzle profile for Simply3D ?

If not, can someone please look at the images below and give me tips what I need to change.

I know I need to change the nozzle diameter 😆  but I've also read the speed should come right down too.  I flip flop between 'Default Printing Speeds' of 40-50 mm/s  but I 've read that it should come down to about 20mm/s

I was also sent this by E3D.

Can peeps have a look at my S3D profile and suggest things I should change - or pay more attention to?
