Shift in colour during print
My printer does this in basically all of its prints. It's not a huge problem, but it can sometimes be a bit of a nuisance. The colour kind of shifts throughout the layer...in most PLAs, it's subtle enough to ignore, but it's pretty obvious in this translucent blue PETG, which is making me think it might be a temperature issue? But I've been watching the temperature on the display closely, and it seems to be quite stable. When heating up, it usually overshoots its target temp by 5 degrees before cooling back down, but once it stabilizes, it stays almost perfectly stable.
Any ideas what else this might be? I assume it's a common problem, and if I just knew the technical name for it, I'd be able to find loads of posts about it, but I'm still learning the jargon at the moment, so here we are.

Nothing to do with temp. Its the direction changes of laying down the layers when it gets to the holes in that layer. There's also usually a slight surface irregularity where the areas meet.
Its a similar effect visually to the grooves on a cd where the colour appears to change depending on the angle its viewed at.
Unfortunately there's nothing you can configure in slicer to change that behaviour at the moment. There's a been at least 1 github change request related to it recently but its one of those things thats always been that way.

If you want a nice surface where there are holes then the last layer must also cover the holes.
Modify your model so that the top layer (0.2 mm) covers the entire surface.
When printing is complete, it is easy to cut the "membrane" over the holes.
