selftest error please check axis length axis x
We have a Prusa MK3+ since 2021 which we bought preassembled. Recently, I factory reset it and now want to run the calibration process, but I get an error message "selftest error please check axis length axis x". The mechanism moves smooth along the axis, no resistance.

What can be the cause? How can we fix it?

I have just had this exact same failure. Hoping someone knows what the issue is.

If someone ends up here looking for a solution, I don't have it but I got our printer back into work. I simply ignored this calibration by selecting "no" when it asks just after turning the printer on, then I run the "first layer calibration" procedure to adjust the height of the nozzle, and now the printer is working again. 🤷♂️
