Selftest continous loop

After clearing yet another jam I can no longer get this MK3S to finish a selftest. I get no errors, as soon as it gets past the heatbed test and on to the hotend test it just starts again from the beginning, over and over....

I would do a complete factory reset and try again. After the factory reset you have to recalibrate the printer.

No help. As soon as it gets to "Hotend", it just restarts the calibration from the beginning.

You should contact the Prusachat. Login with your account and select the e-shop. After a few seconds the chatwindow appears on the right bottom. Deactivate addblocker and similar tools in your browser.

Is it resetting when it gets to hotend? If so I'm betting you have a short on your heater wires and it's crowbarring the power supply (before the fuse blows) causing the einsy to reset.

I had convinced myself this wasn't the issue because I thought it was heating the nozzle, but when I checked to confirm, i was surprised to see that preheating also reset the printer, so yes, I'm now sure that is the problem. Thanks!
