Second layer failure

Yesterday, I started to print a simple block.  I noticed the filament spooling into the air.  I thought it was an adhesion problem, so I started over.  After multiple tries over two days, including drawing very simple test models, the problem remains.

The first layer is no problem.  The second layer floats above the first layer too high for the filament to stick and forms a tangled mess. I tried choosing a different print setting, but no change.

Obviously, I can't print anything with this problem.

 Ok, found the problem.  My mistake.  I put a spool of PETG in instad of PLA.  They looked the same and I didn’t notice.  My bad.

@ben-g16

thanks for the feedback - small mistakes with big effects 👍

Statt zu klagen, dass wir nicht alles haben, was wir wollen, sollten wir lieber dankbar sein, dass wir nicht alles bekommen, was wir verdienen.
