screw stuck

Hello,

Some filament was stuck in the noozle. I tried to open the engine by removing the four screws in the front. The last screw was stuck so I forced a little bit, but I wore it off.

Any Advice on how to unscrew it? Thanks.

The four screws on the front of the extruder motor?  You don't...  Put the other three back and be glad you couldn't get the last one out.

I tried that. But the screw is worn. The screwdriver does no longer stick in the screw.

RE: screw stuck

There is information in dealing with a blocked nozzle at https://help.prusa3d.com/article/clogged-nozzle-hotend-mk3s-mk2-5s_2008 . It would appear that you have been trying to dismantle the stepper motor which is not such a good idea. If you can't get the screws back in you will likely need a replacement motor. If you get any problems then always visit the Prusa Knowledge Base for guidance before starting to take bits apart.
