Screen prints gibberish during the bed calibration test - unclear if test fails

Printer has been working fine in the first 1-2 weeks post assembly. Trying to rerun the calibrations after adjusting belt tensions and running into issues. This seems to ONLY happen during the bed leveling test, but it happens during both the Wizard and the individual testing step. The test appears to continue along in the background, but because it has a couple of points where the operator needs to do something this effectively kills the test.

I've tried pulling the cables and reseating, as well as making sure that they cables aren't pinched or bent during routing.

Firmware version: 3.11.0-4955

Best Answer by Aaron Pigeon:

Support suggested that I swap the LCD cables at both ends which seems to have fixed the issue.

Upgraded firmware to 3.12.0 and got a gibberish error immediately upon running the selftest.

Thanks for the post. I received a built printer from Prusa on January 23rd. Mine went gibberish at “Is the metal plate on the base plate” no matter whether I choose yes or no it happens. I forwarded this to them. Maybe you have a solution they don’t know about.
