Repeated High Temp Printing causing Hotend Brackets to Fail

I print a lot of Prusa PCCF... A LOT! It's pretty much the only filament I print with. Because it prints at 285deg C I have a problem where it starts to weaken the hot end brackets, specifically where the Pinda probe is located. For the second time in a year I am having to tear the unit down and replace this bracket. Anyone else experience this type of failure and any suggestions for a more permanent remedy would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You..

Are you printing the replacement brackets in PCCF?

I would think this material would survive the heat far better than the stock PETG parts?

I’ve seen posts about annealing parts printed with certain materials to increase heat resistance. Not sure if PCCF is one you can anneal but maybe worth checking out.

Cheers

I'd definitely reprint the whole hotend with PCCF if that's what you print most of the time.
