MK3S+ XYZ Calibration keeps failing

I just ran an XYZ calibration on my prusa after not having used it for a few weeks and I keep getting the same message "XYZ calibration failed. Please consult the manual." It goes through all 4 points and fails at the end. I'm not sure what's happening. The initial self test passed with no problems.

Before this I never had any issues with my printer it's always printed just fine for me and when I built the kit about 2 years ago the XYZ calibration passed.

I have done the following things and am still failing.

Firmware is 3.11.0

  • Tightened all pulley set screws and motor mounts
  • Cleaned nozzle (0.6mm)
  • Nozzle is not hitting heat bed during calibration process.
  • Adjusted PINDA height with a credit card of thickness 0.70mm and with a zip tie of 0.55mm.
  • Rails were recently lubricated about 2 months ago.
  • Checked for any obstructions around the printer and found none.
  • Checked that heatbed fasteners were tightened. They are.
  • Readjusted the belts. X-Axis 260, Y-Axis = 267. I'm still failing to pass the XYZ calibration.
