Repeat Problem

hi, I have a problem that has happened three times. I tried to fix it twice but the problem persists.

Here is a description:

1. Extruder stops extruding part way through the print

2. Then the filament gets stuck and cannot be unloaded

Here is what I did to (try) to fix it

1. I took the extruder apart and removed the filament.
2. thinking heat creep, I replaced the PTFE tube. also ceased turning the printer off immediately after the print.

3. Did a cold pull.

This is what happened.

1. A few prints worked (like maybe 12 hours total)

2. Extruder stopped extruding

3. Filament got stuck in extruder and I could not unload.

So, I tried this:

1. Well, this is where me being a rookie comes in.... I took everything apart and tried to remove the filament again.

2. Ended up breaking a chunk off the Extruder Body

3. Purchased a new (genuine) Extruder body part from Prusa

4. Also purchased an entire new assembled Hot end: https://www.prusa3d.com/product/assembled-hotend-mk3s/

5. Installed everything

6. Calibrated everything. No errors.

This is what happened

1. A few prints worked (like maybe 12 hours total)

2. Extruder stopped extruding -- the print that caused the problem was different than the other prints that caused this problem. Filament was different too.

3. Filament got stuck in extruder and I could not unload.

So I'm back where I started for the third time.  My current thinking is to replace the gears that push the filament down. But I’m at a loss, so wanted to throw this out and see if any of you have some advice.

Thanks!
