Regular Z layer artifacts (3.75mm ish spaced) on my Mk3s

Ever since I assembled my Mk3s a couple of weeks ago, I have had these regular lines. To the best of my guessing, it looks like the Z axis is just simply moving up a tiny bit too much every 3.75ish mm. The entire layer looks like it is inset (or maybe underextruding, but since it is so regular, I doubt it) all the way around. It shows up on the parts that I slice, as well as the presliced files that come with it. It shows up with any layer height, and even on vase mode prints. It makes the layers look lighter, as shown on the last image of the album.

Can anyone help me out?

There doesn't seem to be any resistance on the leadscrews form the X axis

Problems in Z are pretty rare.

A few ideas: When you built the printer, did you install the T-Nuts onto the lead screws before or after they were screwed onto the X supports?

Are the T-Nut tails visible?  The T should be flat on top, the tail tucked down into the support.

Also, check the two upper Z supports, verify the lead screws are in the bracket cavity, and not outside the cavity. And a last check: make sure the two dust nuts are well above the Z motors.

When running, can you see any wobble in the lead screws?
