Printer starts mid-bed, not from bottom left

Hi,
I have successfully managed to print prints with great results. Yesterday after a successful print I tried a new print and during the first layer the printer head suddenly moved upwards in Z-direction and started to print at another location and then moved too far in Y-direction (seemed it wanted to go of grid) (and perhaps X-direction) and I pressed the reset button to stop everything. I cleaned the bed and started the printing all over again, but now the printer starts roughly around the middle of the bed. Why?

Even after recalibrating the XYZ the result is the same. What might have happened?
I can run the 'first layer calibration' without any issue, prints as expected the zig-zag pattern, but when I start printing the prints starts roughly in the middle of the bed (y-direction).

Please advice!

Bad gcode ... or bad SD card reader ... or bad USB connection ... etc.

Ok, my assumption would be bad gcode then. I have never printed these things before and just exported them. Thank you, I will give it a try and re-export.

An update on this issue. It turned out that the problem was that the rods under the bed needed some lubrification, they were too dry. The Y-axis didn't move as smooth as expected. I added some light machine oil and the problem seems to be solved.

Sounds more like you have multiple issues going on then. The bearings seizing is just part of it. A stall won't cause a permanent offset because any new print should have a G28W command which homes the printer before a print starts.
