Rebooting during PETG prints

I'm having a problem with my MK3S printer. During PETG prints (from the SD card) the printer will reset after an hour of printing and lose all information on the print progress. The printer is in an enclosure, but the einsy on board ambient temp maxes out at about 50C. I've had no problem with long (12+ hour) PLA prints presumably because the temperature is lower. The PSU is mounted outside the enclosure and I have tried a different 24v power supply with no change. I have also checked all einsy board connections and the bed and extruder cables for shorts. Is this my einsy dying somehow? Has anyone else experienced this sort of problem?

I should add that I've had my printer for more than a year with many hours of flawless PETG printing (in the enclosure), so I am assuming this is some sort of wearing out of a specific component.

I would suspect an over heating issue. PETG needs to be extruded hotter, but I don't think the enclosure temp needs to be kept high. Have you tried printing with some ventilation of the enclosure to reduce the internal temp?

PETG doesn't require an enclosure, you can try opening it/removing it and check if it still fails ?
