PRUSA Slicer 250 A3??
Its not clear how your suppose to "run" the alpha software without an EXE file within the bundle I downloaded. Simply put, how do I install the 2.5.0 Alpha 3? Any help would be greatly appreciated as I would like to use the 250 release.

Try to download again from https://github.com/prusa3d/PrusaSlicer/releases/tag/version_2.5.0-alpha3 scroll down to PrusaSlicer-2.5.0-alpha3+win64-202207151230.zip.
I run alpha versions from the command line so as not to clash with earlier versions of Prusaslicer
eg. E:\PrusaSlicer-2.5.0\prusa-slicer-console.exe --datadir E:\PrusaSlicerData2.5
