Bed/Hotend heaters stopped turning on
I had a power panic error a few nights ago on a i3 MK3S I got a few years ago despite having plugged my printer into a UPS, and after that error appeared, both heaters stopped getting voltage changes from the power supply. Even if I disconnect the power panic cable, the heaters won't activate and all four terminals read about 24V relative to the input ground, matching the input voltage. With the terminals disconnected from the actual heaters, there's still a 0V difference between the ones on each set. Both thermistors give appropriate readings when I apply external heat sources to them. I have looked through other posts about this issue but none of the solutions I've found have worked. Do you have any ideas about how I might be able to fix this?

Did you check the fuses?
