Prusa Maximum height change
So I've been running my prusa mk3s+ for a little over 2 years now with absolutely no issues. My X and Y axis have had their rods and bearings replaced with linear guide blocks and rails. In doing so, I gained some extra space on the Z axis. I have about 15-20mm of added space vs the OG 210mm print height. I was wondering if there's any way to increase the limitations on print height as I have a file thats 223mm high and should theoretically fit my print space by just a hair. Ive tried using prusa slicer to adjust this however the printer itself stops at 210mm no matter what I do in Prusa slicer. Do I have to modify the firmware itself?
RE: Prusa Maximum height change
yes you are going to need to edit the firmware in the printer and set the max height for the z higher so it dosent stop
