Printer not responding to any commands, repeating "echo:busy: paused for user"

I have a MK3S+ with Octoprint running. Two days ago I updated the printer firmware to 3.13.2. Didn't do any printing after that and had the printer sitting there. Today I went to print an item and there was n0 movement from the printer (wouldn't start the print).
Cancelled the print and tried manually commanding the printer to move through Octoprint to see if it was just a file issue. No response from that either. Tried booting Octoprint from safe mode to try and rule out Octoprint. Octoprint booted from safe mode, but printer was still unresponsive. (Note: Printer was showing connected. Tried disconnecting and power cycling everything as well.)

Thinking it was a firmware issue, I reverted back to 3.11.0. Flashed the file successfully to the printer, but still no response from the printer. Tried reverting back to 3.10.1 just to try a sanity check, still no response.

I then connected directly to the printer with my computer and ran Pronterface to see if I could command it through there. Printer was connecting properly through the Com port, but still no response from any commands. It shows that its doing a MMU check, which could be odd as I don't have one.

The following is the log

Printer is now online.

Did you load the correct version of firmware?

I believe I did. I double checked where I had pulled it from and it was here: https://help.prusa3d.com/downloads/mk3s/firmware

I also triple checked the files on my computer that I downloaded for the firmware and they show the correct files.

I Wonder why it's looking for an MMU...

I'm honestly not sure. I've never had an MMU for the printer.

I don't know what would have triggered it to think it had one unless 3.13.2 had something. But I would think that reverting to the old firmware would clear the MMU check if it had one.

To give an update on this in case someone reads this in the future:

I came back to the printer in the evening to do more diagnosis. I plugged in the original Prusa LCD screen to be able to read the firmware. The firmware read 3.10.1, which was the last firmware I flashed to the printer earlier, so that made sense.
Out of curiosity, I tried commanding the printer to move through the LCD screen and it worked. Since that I worked, I plugged into the printer and connected to PronterFace. I was able to command the printer to move here as well. Last, I tried Octoprint and that was able to work properly.
Overall, I have no clue what changed from the morning to it working in the evening.
