Print head temperature reading not increasing
When starting a new print I am the print head temperature is not reading the correct value. It barely increases when I start the heating process. I put an IR Thermometer on the head and I can see it increasing just fine and reading over 80 but the panel says 39. I had this problem last night and I re-seated some of the cables and it starting working. This morning I re-seated the thermistor cable again and it did not fix it. What should I do to trouble shoot this. I have my own DVM and other test equipment here.

I found my issue. The thermistor had somehow been pulled off the board. Once I fixed that and put it back, problem was solved. Since the cable had been pulled through to the wiring harness, it had to have happened during construction.
