Power Supply Stopped Working
Hello,
I have a MK3S (with MMU2S) that suddenly stopped working yesterday and I have come to the conclusion that the power supply just broke, which seems to be common with the old silver power supplies (which is the one on my printer).
I have seen in older forum posts people suggesting to get a 3rd-party PSU from Amazon, claiming that the Prusa ones were not that good. I know that Prusa has switched from the "silver" PSUs to the new "black" PSUs somewhat recently and my question is: are these new black PSUs actually reliable now and I shouldn't worry about getting one from Amazon (I am ok paying $108 for the PSU from Prusa; my printer is out of warranty)?
Additionally, where could I find the clearest instructions for a power supply swap?
Thanks

There are lots of other options but I prefer the PSUs made by Prusa.

First check the fuses.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. I checked all the fuses and the PSU fuse had burned out. I replaced it and it didn't work. Having read through old forum posts, this seems to be a common occurrence with the "silver" PSUs. My question is whether the black PSUs are a high-quality replacement or if they are still known to have issues.
