Power supply failure
The power supply is only powered by one of the current channels. If I connect the two pairs of wires the source does not turn on. It only turns on if I connect the first two pairs, which causes the hot bed not to heat up and configuration error. The printer is new, it came to me this week.
If I get to know all the problems it gives I don't buy it.
Any suggestions? Or is the power supply defective?
RE: Power supply failure
Sounds like your 2nd pair of the leads is being connected with reverse polarity. Check polarity of the 2nd set of leads with multimeter. Could be reversed inside the power supply case if color coding is backwards from measured polarity.

Did you assemble your printer on your own?

RE: Power supply failure
First of all, thank you for your interest.
Well, the problem seems to be that it is not from the power supply but from the card. I have to say that the fuses are correct and there is no blown or broken.
I give you some images so you can see what happens to me.
RE: Power supply failure
Problem solved. I was connecting the wires as in the power supply 😝 . To hit your head on the wall.
Thank you all.
