Powder coated sheet failing after 15 prints?

I was pretty excited to get my powder coated sheet, as I use my MK3S in a R&D / Manufacturing environment. It was producing beautiful prints for the first few prints, and then I started to notice little black flakes on the base layer. At first, I thought it might have been from the nozzle from old gunk, so I then changed the nozzle. After changing the nozzle, it persisted and I looked at the sheet more closely to find that with each print, some of the PEI is coming off.

Is anyone else having this problem? I'm quite disappointed, as it was both expensive and I was following the instructions of using only IPA to clean it, especially considering I've only printed 15 parts (which I might add, were just large square-like parts).

Although I would be interested in your bed temperature, filament type, and nozzle temperature.

That would be helpful.

I spoke directly with support and we came to terms with an RMA. They were extremely helpful and replaced my sheet, I couldn't be happier. 🙂
