Pinda termistor shows temperature as zero

Hi,

I both the  MK3s+ kit for about a month and since the beginning, the Pinda sensor is reporting the temperature as zero, this can be seen from LCD screen->support->temperature.

I was told by support that this is normal, however, it does not seem based on this article since the sensor have to be adjusted by the firmware based on the bed temperature. Can someone help me to clarify this?

Old article for old PINDA

That article refers to the old PINDA
The new SuperPINDA has temperature compensation built in

Prusa i3 MK3S+ FW 3.11.0 (kit dec -20), PrusaSlicer 2.6.1+win64, Fusion 360, Windows 10
