I never got a new motherboard only a new PINDA probe because I thought that this was the problem, although it turned out that the PINDA probe was never a problem. 
The ONLY problem was the firmware! After I rolled back to 3.9.0 everything started working again with no problem! I have done many prints since then and still everything is working great. 
No need for new motherboard
No need for new PINDA probe
Just roll back the firmware to 3.9.0

Look at your old board PINDA connector and adjacent circuit traces.

With a magnifier can you look at the solder joint for each connector pin? Do you feel movement when applying tension on the pins from the other side?

When I built my MK3s from the kit I remember redoing a few solder joint on the board  that I thought were on the dodgy side (I do lots of SDM electronics and have a full rework station so I am a bit anal retentive on that stuff)

Thanks! I will give this a try. BTW my Pind Temp Sensor is reporting a temp.

The PINDA cables consists of four wires.

If you can see the red led on the PINDA this means 2/4 wires are OK (blue and brown)
Go to the printer menu and go support - temperatures . If you see a temperature for the PINDA then white cable is also OK (3/4 wires OK)
If you take out the PINDA probe plug from the motherboard and with a multimeter set for continuity check black cable and blue cable. Black multimeter probe on the back cable, red probe on blue cable. If you see a value on the multimeter different than 1 then the black cable is OK. (4/4 wires OK)
