PINDA does not trigger when i try to print, every time.

Hello Fellow Prusa Members.

I tried out different filaments and one clogged my extruder. After cleaning it (full disassambly) the pinda does not find the 1. Calibration point anymore.

I have the full steel spring mod for the bed so i can ajust the height. However i found that if i use the original spacer on the front left point it gives the most accureate result in finding the point. That is: printing works one time after i redo the XYZ Calibaration, Then it works one time and then it does not anymore.

Also note, this works:

- Auto Home

- Z Calibation is able to find the points.

I have a volcano hotend installed but this gave never any reasn for concern.

Of course i followed the usual trouble shooting points...

Specific questions:

- What is the height from the y Rod the the top of the bed. So i can tune my spring to that height?

- Any Firmware values i could tweak for searching for the bed in a bigger Height range ?

Note: I use stock firmware 2.9. rc1 with wolfes Volcano Mod.

I know this issue seems like it is easy to fix but i tried a lot of things.

I think the best combination would be:

- Increase the height of the "Search for bed right now for 1mm"

- Correct height from xy Rods to the top of the bed so i can get better in Rangen the the search for the bed.

Any help aprechiated 🙂

Thanks guys
