Partial Clog Purgatory

My MK3S+ has had months of successful prints. At one point I got a full clog and replaced the PTFE tube. At another point I fixed a partial clog with a cold pull. Recently, I've had back to back to back partial clogs.

I tried a couple cold pulls, but the following print would fail a couple layers in. Finally I gave in and took out the PTFE tube, but it was clean. I put it back in and removed the nozzle and gave it an acetone bath and cleaned it out fully with the needle. I followed up with a first layer cal and backed off the first layer a bit. 

Moment of truth: a small print succeeded!

Next print: failed on the second layer.

I'm not sure what else to try. The tensioning screw looks about where it always has been, and I'm using a filament that has worked fine in the past.
