Nozzle Temperature at LCD screen

Hi, I am new to 3D printing and using my MK3S has been a bit of a learning curve.  The first layer calibration was stressful but all is good now.  I have successfully printed my Benchy with PLA and a few other projects.  I have also flashed the firmware to 3.9.1.

I have noticed a strange occurrence with the nozzle temperature.  I setup for PLA printing nozzle at 215*C and after several minutes of printing the display goes from 215/215* to 210/210*.  I have not noticed any problem with the lower nozzle temperature with my prints but was wondering why it would drop by 5*C?

Anyone else notice this behaviour?

Nevermind, I realized that was the temperature programmed into PrusaSlicer for the first layer vs. subsequent layers.
