Nozzle keeps clogging, dont know what to do.

Hello,

Im using PLA and my nozzle keeps clogging, i can unclog it easily by heating it up to 250 but then next print it will clog up again. Ive tried increasing the print temp to 220, but still it clogs. I know when its clogging when i hear clicking sounds.

What else can i do, are there nozzles i can buy that are less prone to clogs?

Hi

several causes are possible. You can remove filament, then remove nozzle, and put it in over (head on top, screw on bottom) at max temp for example. You can search there are several topics how to clean a nozzle.

Definitely read up on doing cold pulls. This will clear any partial blockages from your hotend and nozzle.
