No filament deposition on bed anymore - PETG piling up on nozzle

Hi there,

on my MK3s, after weeks of printing without any issue whatsoever, the first layer started having problems to stick - 2 prints later the filament (PETG) wouldn't stick at all the the bed anymore and just piles up around the nozzle, though I didn't change any settings. I clean the bed before every print with IPA. I thought it might be the filament and opened a new one - no change. Then I exchanged the nozzle and re-calibrated the printer - no change. When I try to do a first layer calibration - the first line in left front corner to stabilize the pressure in the nozzle sticks to the bed, everything afterwards just piles up on the nozzle - no matter what Z-offset I use in the calibration.

Any idea what's happening here? Thanks for your help!

Cheers, Jochen

Try washing your PEI sheet with dishwasher detergent and hot water. Then dry it on the heat bed at 100C to get all the moisture out.
