My prints lift from the bed
Hey guys,
im printing now very active since 8 months. with my original prusa i3 mk3.
Recently i used ABS/PLA/FLEX filaments alternately and right out of a sudden i got problems with waves in first layers nor lifting edges of the first layer with PLA. Everything is original (first nozzle aswell) bed temp. is 60°C , nozzle temp. 210°C i tried to do a recallibration but still i got the problem you see in the following low quality pictures.
Edit: the calibration isnt perfect in the pictures i know, do you guys got any ideas? Could i checkup my hardware if everything is still working properly?
Re: My prints lift from the bed
Lots of recent discussions about this. In mostly all PLA cases where layer 1 height was okay, cleaning the bed properly resolved it; and in a few PLA cases contaminated filament was suspected.
Re: My prints lift from the bed
ok thanks ill try it right tommorow with new acetone
Re: My prints lift from the bed
So yeah, cleaning the bed was the solution. But acetone alone wasn't enough i had to use a razor blade to scratch off almost invisible soilings. #Solved #Closed
